Kamera FujiFilm Finepix HS35 hadir dengan sensor BSI EXR CMOS untuk kualitas gambar foto menakjubkan di pemandangan bercahaya rendah serta terintegrasi prosesor EXR untuk autofokus yang lebih cepat dan memastikan bahwa setiap bingkai tajam dan jelas, bahkan saat pemotretan secara berturut-turut. Kamera prosumer ini dibekali lensa Super EBC Fujinon bersudut super lebar 24mm to 720mm dengan resolusi besar 16.0 Megapixel dan super zoom optikal sampai dengan 30x. Terintegrasi layar LCD berukuran 3-inci (460,000-dot resolution LCD and a 920,000-dot resolution electronic viewfinder (EVF).Selain dapat mengambil gambar foto diam, kamera ini juga mampu merekam video Full HD 1080p dan menyediakan port mini-HDMI untuk dapat dihubungkan ke monitor HD atau HDTV. Tidak ketinggalan fasilitas andalan "Advanced Anti Blur" yang dapat mengurangi hasil gambar blur ketika mengambil foto pada kondisi goyang saat menekan tombol shutter, serta memiliki fitur handal "Motion Panorama 360" yang memungkinkan mengambil gambar foto pada layar lebar sampai dengan sudut keliling penuh 360 derajat.
