Ponsel pintar android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean keluaran Huawei ini hadir dengan dapur pacu prosesor Cortex-A7 Quad-Core berkecepatan clock 1,3Ghz dan menggunakan chipset Mediatek MT6582 dan GPU dari Mali-400MP2, kombinasi prosesor, chipset dan GPU tersebut didukung oleh RAM 1GB. Layar ponsel pintar ini juga sangat tajam karena memiliki ukuran layar 5 inci, dengan jenis layar adalah IPS LCD Capacitive Touchscreen dengan resolusi HD (720x1280 pixels). Guna memenuhi kebutuhan penggunaannya, Huawei Honor 3C dibekali dengan internal memory berkapasitas hingga 16GB dan dilengkapi dengan slot microSD guna menambah kapasitas memory-nya sampai kapasitas 32GB (dijual terpisah).
